Role Description

The Senior Business Analyst role has responsibility for driving customers towards adopting FNZ's existing platform functionality and business model; and for documenting any additional business requirements in-line with FNZ's strategic business initiatives and SDLC.


They must maintain a deep knowledge of the FNZ platform and business model as well as our customers' business and will be relied upon as Subject Matter Experts on a consultative basis above their day-to-day project assignment. Senior Business Analysts will be required to mentor and develop others within the Business Analysis function.

Experience Required

What do we need?


  • Degree qualified
  • Experience in Finance, IT or project management desirable but not essential;
  • Confident, and able to take initiative given client– and delivery-focused environment;
  • Independent, self-directing and delivery focused working style;
  • Superior analytical thinking;
  • Commercially aware;
  • Intermediate computer skills essential;
  • Excellent organisational, administration and time management skills;
  • Good team communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external clients;
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills;
