Role Description

FNZ has seen sustained growth over the last few years and are regularly viewed as a top employer to work for with the innovative incentives and career development programmes - this Payroll Specialist opportunity will be initially be a 6 month FTC.


Your new role  As part of the UK HR team you will primarily be responsible for processing and managing FNZ’s monthly payroll process across the UK and supporting additional payroll activity across Europe.  You will also be instrumental in a project to transition FNZ to a new payroll provider from the current incumbent.


Other aspects of the role include administration of the company’s employee benefits and pensions platforms along with supporting a number of key reward projects including gender pay reporting, compensation policies and procedures and incentive plans.


As required you may also support the year end process and work on benchmarking, salary surveys and platform enhancements.

Experience Required

What you'll need to succeed  To succeed in this varied opportunity you will have

  • significant experience in processing and running monthly UK payroll activity including all payroll administration (starters, changes, etc) and handling of employee and supplier queries;
  • strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and produce high quality, accurate management information;
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to engage with a range of stakeholders across the business comfortably;


Other beneficial experience includes

  • a track record of success in supporting payroll re-platform projects;
  • a good experience in reward administration with broad experience across compensation, benefits and pensions.


We are looking to speak to Payroll Specialists with previous experience of payroll processing and administration in fast-paced, fast growth and dynamic environments and who are keen to get involved in projects to transition to new suppliers.
