Role Description

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Videographer to join our growing organisation.

This new and exciting role will be responsible for improving the application of the FNZ brand across all of our core sales collateral and for the filming, editing and delivery of all FNZ video content.

The candidate will work with stakeholders at all levels, across multiple locations in the business to ensure that our corporate brand and visual identity is consistently used and reflective of our cutting edge organisation.

This will be achieved through creating, improving and managing all FNZ sales collateral and design assets to help ensure that our pitch materials are of the highest quality.

In addition, you'll be responsible for creating and editing video materials including; corporate updates, product demonstrations, internal communications and staff training videos.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, the ideal candidate will be a highly creative and motivated individual who can contribute exciting creative solutions that will help define how FNZ’s culture, products and services are communicated to both our customers and colleagues.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with stakeholders in multiple locations across the business to significantly improve the way the FNZ brand is implemented across our sales collateral;
  • Improving the look, feel and branding of FNZ’s existing presentations, documents, brochures and online assets (website, social media etc.);
  • Creating new FNZ video materials and editing these into finished products that are suitable for broadcast both internally and externally;
  • Producing bespoke graphic designs for both external and internal audiences (print and digital);  
  • Working at pace to deliver high quality work under pressure and often to tight timescales;

Experience Required

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio).
  • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator etc.)
  • Expert knowledge of Premier Pro, After Effects or a similar film / editing package.
  • Ability to work against short timescales and address feedback “on the spot”.
  • Capable of interacting with people from all levels in the org – from CEO down.
  • Willingness to travel – at times at short notice.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of typographic and design trends.
