As a member of our Infrastructure team you will be responsible for investigating, responding to and helping to resolve all corporate IT and Platform related technical problems. You'll spend a lot of your time learning how FNZ put together the Infrastructure on which our award winning Platforms run, getting stuck into supporting & maintaining this bleeding edge technology and being part of a rapidly growing tech company delivering the best financial platforms to the UK’s biggest blue chip Financial Services companies.
You'll be dealing directly with our users on a daily basis, as well as working closely with engineers and Platform Support teams to ensure that FNZ continue to deliver the best Infrastructure and continue to enable FNZ to do the great things we do. We're not a massive corporate IT team yet, so you'll be exposed to all facets of IT and be expected to develop the expertise necessary to support our extensive portfolio of applications, hardware and services.
This is both a highly technical and user-facing role and you will be performing duties that align with 1st-2nd Line Support functions with a potential for career progression into engineering.

FNZ has a strong blue-chip customer base including Standard Life, Axa Wealth, JP Morgan, HSBC, AMP, National Australia Bank, Bank of New Zealand, Friends Life, UBS, Zurich Financial and Close Brothers Asset Management. It has helped these customers grow to over £30 billion of platform assets in aggregate. FNZ now employs over 700 people with offices in Edinburgh, London, Bristol, Brno (Czech Republic), Wellington and Sydney.
