Role Description

Reporting to the Managing Director – New Zealand, the Head of Production Support has primary responsibility for the delivery of a responsive and effective Production Support function for our APAC platforms and clients. The Production Support team is APAC's centralised point of contact for any problems, or requests for information experienced in the productions environment. This role will focus on building strong working relationships across FNZ and will support the COO and CIO in driving the APAC Production Support team strategy.

Experience Required

  • Demonstrable track record of effectively managing large Information technology teams
  • Strong understanding of the industry, investment products including tax, infrastructure, software development and support functions
  • Degree/qualification in a relevant discipline (Management, finance, computer science, general science)
  • A minimum of 5 years management experience with at least 3 years  as a part of a senior management team.
  • Demonstrable track record of building relationships and dealing with key internal and external stakeholders of an organisation and leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve key deliverables on time and within budget.
  • High level of self awareness and emotional intelligence, possessing strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
  • Sound commercial skills
  • Strong delegation and prioritisation skills
  • ITIL experience ideal
