Reporting to the Managing Director – New Zealand, the Head of Production Support has primary responsibility for the delivery of a responsive and effective Production Support function for our APAC platforms and clients. The Production Support team is APAC's centralised point of contact for any problems, or requests for information experienced in the productions environment. This role will focus on building strong working relationships across FNZ and will support the COO and CIO in driving the APAC Production Support team strategy.
