• Technical Lead - Corporate IT

  • Role Description

    This is a hands on technical management role. The successful candidate will be required to get involved with the design, implementation and ongoing management of the solutions within the Corporate IT remit of which the initial focus will be end user compute. They are likely to have been a technical SME historically and have project management or team management experience.


    • Implement global 365 solution
    • Implement consistent security strategy across desktop in line with Audit requirements -Design (from existing best practice) model office and implement across key hubs in clouding telephony, file and print and in office network services including WiFi
    • Post 12-24 months Implement service desk tooling and relevant processes.
    • Create a global service desk approach to 1st line services.
    • Ensure all phones globally are replaced with S4B online integrated meetings, calls & video. Properly optimised IP network for global voice traffic
    • Email / online collaboration ALL moved to M365 including Teams and Groups;
    • Ensure developer machines globally are properly working, optimised, low latency, high performance;

    Experience Required

    • SME of Microsoft end user compute and collaboration tools (0365, Teams, Skype)
    • Sound networking knowledge in relation to the aforementioned
    • Experience of rollouts of the above toolset as a technical lead
