  • Role Description

    This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and respected business in a key customer facing position.  You will be a member of newly created financial services Contact Centre team dedicated to being first point of contact for customer enquiries providing an excellent level of customer service that exceeds expectations.

     

    You will be a Team player spending your day taking inbound calls, emails and webchat from customers, financial advisers, employers and third parties. Providing a high level of service excellence to customers is the purpose of the role; this could see you assisting with enquiries about statements, customer account information, online self-service support as well as a range of administrative tasks. 

     

    You will be Driven and Ambitious with a positive and professional outlook.

    Hours: 

     

    40 hour week. Flexible Shift patterns will operate.

    Operating Hours are 7am – 7pm – Monday to Friday.

    Experience Required

    • Previous Contact Centre experience essential
    • Must be RG 146 compliant
    • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
    • Self-starter, able to work independently

    Good communication skills and capable of working with customers and internal staff.
