Responsible for the day to day running of the Transfers team within the Operations department. This is very much a “hands on” role and the successful applicant will be required to provide technical guidance and support to the team.
The role will report into the Head of the Transfers Department.
The role holder will have responsibility for a team of c24 individuals based in our Edinburgh office covering all of the activities related to processing and handling of certificated and dematerialised in specie transfers of customers’ assets for a variety of securities held under various custody arrangements.
This role will require regular customer engagement for ongoing service provision as well as understanding any changes to the operational process or structure as a result of changes in customers’ propositions.
There will also be regular engagement with the Transfers Team based in our Brno office.
