This role provides first level support for the production support team. It involves capture and assignment of internal/external issues to the relevant areas within FNZ.
The role-holder will to manage the inflow of issues and direct to the correct area of the production support team. They will also support the Service Managers in delivering FNZ services within KPIs, SLAs and contractual obligations.
