  • Role Description

    This position is located within the Operations division of FNZ (UK) Ltd and has responsibility for a range of duties including mail handling, supporting operational processes and archiving.


    Role Responsibilities

    • Mail; Opening and processing mail in a timely manner and distribution of all post
    • Archiving; Organising archiving of documents
    • Banking; Daily banking tasks
    • Support; Supporting Operational Team processes
    • Fax management; Managing and distributing incoming fax requests


      • Project support; Undertake any other projects/tasks as may be reasonably required to facilitate the smooth operation of the Company
      • Accuracy; to ensure that completion of daily tasks are true and accurate
      • Efficiency; to ensure that completion of daily tasks are executed in a timely manner and deadlines are met
      • Effective communication; to ensure that information is communicated effectively to necessary parties and in a timely manner for purpose of rapid resolution
      • Failed transfers; to resolve failed/rejected transfer requests from the Custodian/Plan/Fund Managers by liaising with our clients, in order in ensure that transfer obligations are met
      • Record keeping; to maintain records as required to ensure the mail process is transparent to regulators and external auditors.
      • Procedures; contribute to and maintain relevant and robust documented procedures
      • Information Systems; to make effective use of the Company’s information systems that are relevant to the role
      • Planning; to prioritise the work to ensure all activities are completed on time and within agreed deadlines
    • CPD; develop professional and technical knowledge and skills via training and development in order to meet Continuing Professional Development requirements.
    • Other tasks; to undertake any other projects/ tasks as may reasonably be required to facilitate the smooth operation of the company.

    Experience Required

    • Experience in a similar role.
    • Demonstrable accuracy and attention to detail in order to input and maintain data correctly;
    • Strong communication skills;
    • Ability to work independently, yet adapt to working within a team as necessary
