  • Role Description

    This role provides first level support for the production support team.  It involves capture and assignment of internal/external issues to the relevant areas within FNZ.  


    The role-holder will to manage the inflow of issues and direct to the correct area of the production support team. They will also support the Service Managers in delivering FNZ services within KPIs, SLAs and contractual obligations.




    • Monitor incoming issues and direct to the relevant department within FNZ.
    • Maintain the quality of information on the issue log to allow for full investigation, resolution, and closure of all queries.
    • Produce management information on inflows, rejection rates, trend analysis, etc.
    • Ensure that daily tasks are executed in a timely manner and deadlines are met.
    • To undertake any other projects / tasks as may reasonably be required to facilitate the smooth operation of the production environment.

    Experience Required

    Personal Attributes, Experience & Qualifications:

    • University degree or equivalent experience.
    • Intermediate written communication skills in English.
    • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic industry.
    • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in defined timeframes.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Intermediate computer skills.
